TOP 10 BIGGEST BRAIN DAMAGING HABITS TOP 10 BIGGEST BRAIN DAMAGING HABITS 1. No Breakfast People who do not take breakfast are going to have a lower blood sugar level. This leads to an insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain causing brain degeneration. ~ ya my mummy always tell me people who don eat breakfast will aged faster. They gets older faster...!!! Muahaha... OLDIES~ 2. Overeating It causes hardening of the brain arteries, leading to a decrease in mental power. ~ ya see thats the reason most fat people are fat because they overeat and they are slow right... just like me =) think slow... 3. Smoking It causes multiple brain shrinkage and may lead to Alzheimer disease. ~ Depends on your life... believe in fate? sometimes you may not smoke and lead a healthy life but still down with sickness. 4. High Sugar consumption Too much sugar will interrupt the absorption of proteins and nutrients causing malnutrition and may interfere with brain development. ~ huh malnutrition? i thought should be the other way round because eating too much sweets makes you FAT!!! 5. Air Pollution The brain is the largest oxygen consumer in our body. Inhaling polluted air decreases the supply of oxygen to the brain, bringing about a decrease in brain efficiency. ~ Ya... So to those smokers, causing pollutant to the world and making us breath in all those air. 6. Sleep Deprivation Sleep allows our brain to rest. Long term deprivation from sleep will accelerate the death of brain cells. ~ erm.. den i think i should stop having 4-5 hours of sleep but for times i have more than enough.. den what if i had lots and lots of sleep? 12 hours or even 15 hours? like wat i alwats did!! MUAHahah... 7. Head covered while sleeping Sleeping with the head covered, increases the concentration of carbon dioxide and decrease concentration of oxygen that may lead to brain damaging effects. ~ i dont understand this leh... i am covering my head not my mouth or nose so i should still be able to breath in and out as normal... 8. Working your brain during illness Working hard or studying with sickness may lead to a decrease in effectiveness of the brain as well as damage the brain. ~ This should be sent to all schools and teachers so that you all should know what to do when students are sick ar... 9. Lacking in stimulating thoughts Thinking is the best way to train our brain, lacking in brain stimulation thoughts may cause brain shrinkage. ~ Then those hu think too much? they would have their brain extend to the ones in Indiana Jones.
